Eagles WR Jackson expects To play vs. Giants

Wide receiver DeSean Jackson sat out Sunday's game at Atlanta after he suffered a concussion the previous week against the Redskins.
Head coach Andy Reid said on Monday that Jackson is "doing well as far as his headaches and all that goes, so we'll just see what the doctors say."
Jackson said on his radio show on 950ESPN that he's "going to play" Sunday night against the Giants.

DeSean Jackson out for Sunday's game at Atlanta

The Eagles have declared wide receiver DeSean Jackson and linebacker Akeem Jordan out for Sunday's game at Atlanta.
Jackson suffered a concussion against Washington and has not practiced all week. Coach Andy Reid had not officially declared him out until today.

Wide receiver DeSean Jackson, who suffered a concussion against Washington, is not listed as out, at this point, Reid said. Jackson told ESPN.com that he "blacked out," the first time anyone with the Eagles had said Jackson was knocked unconscious from the third-quarter hit by London Fletcher. Jackson: "I don't think I can go." The Eagles will "mix and match" at Jackson's position if he can't play, Reid said.

Eagles WR DeSean Jackson has concussion

Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson suffered a concussion, coach Andy Reid said after the 27-24 victory over the Redskins.
Jackson left the game midway through the third quarter with what initially was termed a head and neck injury. He was looked at on the sideline and then taken into the locker room.
